Frequently asked questions

Find quick answers to common questions using our helpful FAQs.

1. Price for reseller model

You should offer us a highly competitive price, below the retail price in the target market, so that we can leverage our own channels for resale. Our strengths lie in our local sales channels, including local payment gateways, localized customer service, and strong risk control systems. Coupled with our localized marketing efforts, we can significantly boost your sales in the target market.

2. Price for agency model

In the agency model, we primarily charge three types of fees: channel costs, local tax costs, and our service fee. For virtual products such as recharge cards for games, social apps, and utility apps, the total cost is approximately 7%. For physical e-commerce products, the total cost is approximately 5%. Additionally, if your transaction volume is substantial, we offer a rebate policy. For example, if the monthly turnover reaches 1 million USD, we rebate 1% of the service fee.

3. Price for joint operation model

In the joint operation model, the term “price” is more accurately described as “revenue sharing ratio.” Both parties will share the profits based on the agreed-upon scope of work. This model is more complex and requires qualitative and quantitative discussions tailored to the characteristics of different products and services to determine the appropriate revenue-sharing ratio. In some cases, it may be necessary to establish a Joint Venture (JV) to conduct the business effectively.

4. Cooperation process

Reseller Model:

For the reseller model, the process is straightforward: just sign the agreement, then pay and buy the products. It’s very simple and efficient.

Joint Operation Model:

The joint operation model is more complex and requires case-by-case discussions. This involves determining the revenue-sharing ratio based on the specific characteristics of the products and services, and may necessitate establishing a Joint Venture (JV) for effective business operations.

Agency Model:

For the agency model, we have a clearly defined process:

  1. Identify Target Countries and Services: Understand the specific countries and services you are targeting.
  2. KYC and Quotation: Complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process and provide a quotation.
  3. Agreement: Formalize the agreement.
  4. Integration with Sandbox System: Integrate with our sandbox system, which can occur simultaneously with the agreement process.
  5. Integration with Production System: Complete the integration with our production system.
  6. Statement Based on Agreement: Generate statements based on the agreement, which can be done monthly, weekly, or daily.
  7. Transfer After Service Fee Deduction: Transfer funds after deducting the service fee.

This structured process ensures smooth and efficient operations under the agency model.

5. KYC Request(Very Import)

Ensuring Compliance in Our Business Operations

To ensure the compliance of our business operations, we adhere to very strict KYC standards. Our process includes several stages:

Pre-Integration
  1. Company Assessment: We need to understand your company, team, products, and revenue scale before integration.
Post-Integration
  1. Sales Transactions:
    • Product Information: For each sale, we require information on the actual products being sold, such as name, description, image, price, and quantity, obtained through an interface.
    • Buyer Information: We also need basic (masked) buyer information like email, phone number, address, and name to perform risk control measures.
  2. Logistics Information:
    • For physical products, we need real-time logistics information through an interface. This includes updates on the shipment status, such as:
      • Shipped (including order number, tracking number, and tracking URL)
      • Delivered
      • Refund requested
      • Returned
      • Delivery failed
Regular Audits
  1. Periodic Reviews: Our risk control team will regularly audit the product and company status to ensure ongoing compliance with all business activities.

This rigorous process ensures that all our operations remain compliant and secure.
